F/O: Mark Heathcliff

okay this is gonna be pretty rambly so bare with me. he technically wasn't my first ever f/o, but he was the first from after i learned about selfshipping thanks to aaron. even before then, i always had a weird fixation on him. i can't put it into words, there's something about him that makes me love him, like some kind of eldritch, yet nurturing instinct to hold him close. funny thing, he barely has any canon characterization due to the lack of screenstime in the mandela catalogue of him, so i've kinda filled in all the gaps with headcanons. i projected a lot of myself onto him unintentionally in turn. oops. nonetheless, he's beloved to me. both in the way of me personally loving him and me shipping him with my s/i. i do have the official plushie of him, and it's one of the best things i own, because i like to hold that and think of it as me holding him. i love him so deeply, the only downside is that he isn't real. he's beautiful to me, though. i just wished canon photos of him looked better, lol.
